People have been waiting for Destiny 2 Forsaken since it was announced at E3 last year. The game is divided into 3 major sections: story, world and activities. The first and most important of all is the story, as one of the biggest problems of Destiny 2 is the lack of plot. While Destiny 2’s plot was satisfactory, it was not as good as it could have been. Luckily, Destiny 2: Forsaken has a good plot and it is more than satisfying.
Destiny 2: Shattered Dream is a brand new year-long cooperative raid challenge. You and your teammates must go through the Dreaming City and defeat the Dream Devourer in order to complete your mission and stop the Traveler from falling back into the Well of Souls.
Welcome to another Destiny 2 Shattered Realm Debris of Dreams Mission Walkthrough video. Today we’ll be walking you through the Destiny 2 Shattered Realm Debris of Dreams Mission Walkthrough.
- Shattered Realm is a kind of mission.
- Ascendant Plane is the mission’s location.
You’ll need to look for another Tacheun who has gone missing or may have been abducted, much like you did in the first of the Shattered Realms.
To reach the lost Tacheun, you’ll have to travel and find your way from the observatory, crossing numerous gaps.
You’ll face many Scorn foes as you travel into this Ascendant Plane, and you’ll have to battle your way past them to locate the Tacheun.

Goals of the Mission
Ascend onto the Ascendant Plane.
To begin the quest, enter the Ascendant Plane by walking through the portal at the end of the hall.
There will be a route leading to the left from the portal, via a huge gate, that will take you in a different direction than the other Shattered Realms.
Find Techeun, who has gone missing.
Continue through the Ascendant Plane, following the waypoint that will point you in the correct path.
Follow the lanterns as they will take you to the beacons that must be aligned in order for you to move forward.
Set the Beacons in the Right Place (Part 1)
Make your way to the beacons you’ll need to align, and if you’re not sure where to go, just follow the lanterns.
The first beacon will be in one of the circular buildings, guarded by a few Scorn opponents who should be easy to dispatch.
The Beacon must be protected (Part 1)
Interact with the beacon to align it, then prepare to defend yourself against waves of adversaries until all of the fighters have been vanquished.
After you’ve vanquished the adversaries, you’ll be able to go on to the next beacon that has to be aligned.
Set the Beacons in the Right Place (Part 2)
After properly aligning the beacon and protecting it, walk around the exit and leap down to a lower floating piece of land to reach the next beacon.
Continue following the lanterns to the next beacon, but beware of the Screebs, who are quick and will explode if they get too close.
The Beacon must be protected (Part 2)
You’ll be in what seems to be the ruins of a wrecked structure or complex, and the beacon will be right in front of you.
Align the beacon and protect it from the attackers that assault you, which will continue until all of them are slain and you achieve 100%.
Set the Beacons in the Right Place (Part 3)
After leaving, follow the next line of lights into a tube-like building and continue climbing up, where you will turn left and discover a teleporter at the end.
The teleporter will be on a circular platform outside the building, teleporting you to the third beacon.
Scorn Scrapwalker must be defeated.
When you interact with the beacon, a boss battle will commence, featuring a Scorn Scrapwalker that you must defeat.
The Scorn Scrapwalker may be difficult at first, but with practice, you should be able to defeat it; it does have weak areas that you may exploit.
It will become weaker after the armor on its legs is destroyed, and it will then offer up another weak spot for you to do additional damage to.
Set the Techeun free!
After you’ve killed the Scorn Scrapwalker, go to the waypoint that leads to a crypod-like device where you may call out to the Techeun who has gone missing.
The operation will finish once Mara Sov and Saint-14 have had a brief discussion after the Techeun has been recovered.
- Keep an eye out for the Scorn; some of their foes may become invisible for a brief period of time while others attempt to blow you up.
- Make careful to stick to the lanterns, since taking other routes may result in you being killed if you attempt to leap the incorrect gaps.
- Aim target the Scorn Scrapwalker’s leg plate to deliver Precision Damage and weaken it more, allowing you to get more free strikes.
With the Scorn Scrapwalker slain and the beacons linked, Xivu Arath’s troops will be forced to flee, and you will win once again.
You’ve rescued another Tacheun and will be able to securely return her home as Mara Sov ordered, completing the task.
Saint-14 and Mara Sov will have a discussion in which Saint-14 expresses his worry for Osiris’ safe return as well as his threat to Mara Sov if he does not.
