In a surprise move, Nvidia today unveiled three new RTX 20 series graphics cards at GDC 2018 . These include the RTX 2080 Ti, 2070, and 2060 , all of which are based on the same new Turing architecture as the previous RTX 2080 and RTX 2070 cards. The new 2060 and 2070 are the more affordable cards, priced at $499 and $399, respectively. The 2080 Ti, on the other hand, will set you back $699. However, the higher-end 2080 Ti boasts a hefty $999 price tag. As per Nvidia, these new Turing cards will support ray-tracing, a new feature that enables real-time reflections and refractions of light.
We’re starting to see a few of the new Nvidia RTX graphics cards pushed out and on sale ahead of the official launch on July 30th. The team over at HotHardware are reporting that the Gigabyte and MSI versions of the RTX 2080 Ti have just been announced.
NVIDIA finally unveiled the RTX 3080 Ti and RTX 3070 Ti a few days ago, and now custom models of these cards have surfaced from several manufacturers, including MSI, Gigabyte, and ASUS. MSI has announced its RTX 3080 Ti and RTX 3070 Ti graphics card lineup, which includes models from MSI’s SUPRIM, Gaming Trio, and Ventus 3X graphics card lines. MSI has announced the RTX 3080 Ti and RTX 3070 Ti for the enthusiast SUPRIM and SUPRIM X series. SUPRIM series graphics cards benefit from the TRI FROZR 2S cooling system with a TORX FAN 4.0 fan and advanced internal cooling design to adequately cool every part of the GPU. In addition to the powerful cooling, the custom PCB features a 20-phase power scheme and an increased TGP of 400W, powered by a triple 8-pin PCIe power connector. The board’s housing is made of polished aluminum, as is the polished aluminum backplate with numerous RGB lights. 
Photo credits: MSI MSI’s next series of graphics cards is the Gaming Trio series, which will also include the two Ti cards. The MSI Gaming Trio cards have a similar design to the SUPRIM cards. They use the TRI FROZR 2 cooling system, which utilizes a powerful TORX FAN 4.0. The case has an angular design and is finished in matte black with silver accents. The back of the device is also matte black and has RGB backlighting.

Unlike the other two series, the Ventus 3X models are equipped with a TORX 3.0 fan instead of a 4.0 fan to ensure proper cooling. The aluminium backplate provides additional cooling by means of heat-conducting pads. The overall aesthetic is matte black with silver accents and a matte finish on the aluminum back. 
Photo credits: MSI MSI isn’t providing pricing details for these cards at this time, but the Suprim, Suprim X, and Gaming Trio series will likely be more expensive than the Founder Edition models, which cost $1,199 and $599 respectively for the RTX 3080 Ti and RTX 3070 Ti. Then we come to Gigabyte’s offerings, which has announced custom models in its AORUS brand, GAMING series, VISION series and EAGLE series. AORUS is Gigabyte’s flagship gaming series. With the Xtreme Waterforce models, AORUS has thrown the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti into the water. The AORUS Xtreme Waterforce models are available in two variants, the Waterblock model and the normal model. The non-WB model uses the AIO and the WB model uses a pre-installed water block. Cooling is provided by a large copper plate that covers the GPU and memory and dissipates heat via copper heat pipes. The AORUS Waterforce uses a 240mm radiator with powerful fans for cooling. Both models have a large number of RGBs that can be controlled via the RGB Fusion 2.0 software. 
Photo credits: Gigabyte AORUS also offers the RTX 3080 Ti in water-cooled models. The AORUS GeForce RTX 3080 Ti Xtreme is the top of the line model. The PCB design is identical to that of the Xtreme Waterforce, but the clock speed is lower because it is air-cooled. Next is the AORUS Master series, which includes the RTX 3080 Ti and RTX 3070 Ti. It has a three-fan cooling design and features an enlarged copper plate and seven composite heatpipes to cool the board. The cover also has an LCD screen that can be configured to display GIFs, photos, temperature, etc.

The fans rotate in different directions, with the center fan rotating counterclockwise to optimize heat dissipation.

In terms of performance, it benefits from the same advantages as the GAMING OC series, including the GIGABYTE WINDFORCE 3X cooling system.

The design of the card is inspired by science fiction, with the use of mechanical materials, a transparent cover and a striking logo. ASUS’ latest custom cards include models from the ROG STRIX LC, ROG STRIX and TUF series for the RTX 3080 Ti and RTX 3070 Ti. The ASUS ROG STRIX LC is similar to the AORUS Waterforce series, and the RTX 3080 Ti will be available in this series. The design of the card features a slanted chassis with plenty of lighting on both the card and cooling fans. The water block inside the case is in direct contact with the GPU and memory. The pipe from the unit to the cooler is 600 mm longer and the cooler is 240 mm long. The ROG STRIX LC is equipped with two 120mm fans, optimized for high CFM and high static pressure of the heat sink, and a third fan.

This is a card with 2.9 slots and a slanted design. It has a large amount of RGB lighting that completely illuminates the left edge of the card. The ROG STRIX RTX 3080 Ti and 3070 Ti feature a metal back panel. ASUS uses a three-fan Axial-Tech design cooler to keep the card cool. In standby mode the card can switch to 0 dB mode. The new card allows for higher power consumption thanks to its triple 8-pin PCIe power connectors. This allows for greater acceleration. The latest is the ASUS TUF series, which also includes the RTX 3080 Ti and RTX 3070 Ti. These cards have a much smaller 2.7 slot compared to the ROG STRIX series. ASUS has opted for a more subtle, lower profile design for the TUF series cards, all black with a single RGB accent on the front of the card.
